Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Managers to join our respected and established restaurant group.

We are looking for complete professionals who has the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled. We are seeking a Manager who enjoy training and developing the staff underneath them and have a sharp eye for detail and thorough understanding of budgets as well as the knowledge and drive to exceed them.

What you will need:

At least 2 years experience in similar role in high volume venue

Great customer service skills and the temperament to match

Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team

Passion for the industry

Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus

Ability to lead from the front in these hands on roles

Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations

Understanding of compliance & relationships with council, OLGR & Police
