Job Title: Warehouse Pick and Pack

Status: Permanent Part Time:

Mon-Friday 9:00am to 2:30pm

Location: Coolum Beach Warehouse

Salary: $27 per hour

Your Opportunity:

This exciting role will join the newly established Queensland branch of Happy Healthcare, based in Coolum Beach. As a team member, you will work collaboratively with the local staff, as well as coordinate with the National Team. This role is a warehouse-based position.

Your Role:

Duties for the Store / Warehouse Worker will include:

Receiving, unpacking, and arranging goods in the warehouse

Loading outgoing and unloading incoming delivery vehicles

Pick & Pack orders, ensuring correct products are selected from the warehouse bays

Ensuring all orders are picked according to the picking slip

Prepare and load goods for dispatching with correct movement documentation

Loading and securing goods to pallets for dispatch, moving goods to delivery area, and loading trucks

Unloading stock from delivery vehicles and transporting to and storing in designated warehouse positions.

Receipting in stock against delivery docket

Check incoming stock for damage and wear

Reporting any issues and discrepancies to the Warehouse Co-ordinator

Label stock as required before stacking

Responsible for always keeping your work environment clean and tidy

Comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

This role requires the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly and timely manner at the same time having the ability work independently when required.

This role requires handling cartons up to 20kg

Conscientious, hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving skills

A team player with good communication

Please note, that these roles may change from time to time, any changes will be communicated to you by either the National BDM based in Qld or the Happy Healthcare GM.

Qualifications and Role Requirements

18 years of age or older

Warehouse experience pick/pack essential.

Ability to operate walking forklift or desire to learn (forklift licence not necessary)

Full driver’s licence

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Strong people skills

Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by climatic conditions

Available to work extended hours if required in an emergency
