Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current registration with AHPRA.

Demonstrate experience and willingness to work across the lifespan.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel between client locations.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' daily function in their home environments and clinic settings.

Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.

Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve clients' daily function.

Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.

Stay informed about current research and best practices in Occupational Therapy.

Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.

Demonstrate knowledge and practical ability in navigating different funding models such as NDIS, My Aged Care, Workcover, Medicare, DVA, and Private Insurance.

Deliver and engage in business and service development opportunities to improve the Physiotherapy service.
