About the role

Ochre Health Group is seeking an experienced and passionate General Practitioner to join our team in Casey, ACT. This is a full-time permanent role with a $25,000 incentive on offer. As a General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of patients of all ages

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients

Coordinate and manage patient care, including referrals to specialists and allied health professionals

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation

Actively participate in the practice's continuous quality improvement initiatives

Contribute to the practice's overall success and growth

What we're looking for

Fully registered and qualified as a VR General Practitioner in Australia

Minimum of 3 years' post-fellowship experience in general practice

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of primary care best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Passion for continuous learning and professional development
