The Role

Our client is proud of it's culture, low turnover and significant tenure at the firm. An opportunity has arisen to work with this dynamic and experienced bunch of lawyers. You will work closely with one of the partners on a broad range of personal injury matters. This partner is absolutely lovely, has a great sense of humour and genuinely cares about the development of their lawyers.

This is a 'hands on' role where you will have client and matter responsibility.

In this role, you will grow and develop to become a pillar of the team.

There is genuine work/life balance. The partners want you to have a life outside of work. The team is also close-knit and the partners like to get together for lunches, drinks and other social activities.

You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-4yrs personal injury experience, defendant or plaintiff
• Experience in either CTP, WC, work injury damages, TPD, super claims will be highly regarded
• Ability to run files
• Good communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
• Commercial acumen
• Strong work ethic
