About the Role

We're a specialist team in underground utility investigations, supporting major infrastructure across NSW. This isn’t a job where you’re stuck on site all day everyday—we want surveyors who can think, solve, and deliver across the full project lifecycle. That means:

Planning and scoping: work directly with senior leadership and our clients to shape the project from costing, to formulating a plan of attack for control networks, utility investigations, survey procedures, manage equipment and lots more.

Field investigations: Manage field crews and subcontractors while keeping strong communication with the leadership team.

Data processing and delivery: turn field data into clear results using 12D and AutoCAD

Project ownership: manage timeframes, subcontractors, field staff, and take pride in delivering accurate, usable outcomes

What You’ll Bring

5+ years post-qualification experience in surveying (utility or civil background preferred)

Competent with field equipment (GPS, total station) and software (12D and/or AutoCAD)

A proactive mindset—comfortable working independently and seeing projects through.

Leadership skills and a willingness to take ownership of a team to achieve project outcomes

Clear communication and problem-solving skills

A current NSW driver’s licence (manual preferred)
