This Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Family and Children Services team as a Case Worker, dedicated to empowering young people aged 12-18, families and couples on their journey to healthier relationships through our Reconnect and Family and Relationship services.
In this role, you'll provide essential support and guidance, helping clients enhance communication skills, parenting strategies, and overall relationship dynamics. Our person-centred approach ensures that each client's unique needs drive the process, whether through family counselling, therapy, or cognitive-behavioural techniques. By fostering personal growth and resilience, you'll equip clients to manage life’s challenges confidently and independently.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide case management supports to families, couples and individuals.
- Provide high quality counselling services.
- Facilitation of evidence based educational programs to address client needs.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.
- Provide onsite and outreach services through our Manjimup office.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant field of study
- Demonstrated experience using high-level clinical and case management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in individual and couple counselling.
