About the role

Clinic 88' is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a casual basis (part and full time also available) in Canberra, ACT 2600. We are a multidisciplinary clinic (Physio, EP, Soft Tissue Therapy, Pilates), enjoying 21 years of practise in Canberra. Our Physiotherapy department is developing and currently booked out. This is a great opportunity to get started with a caring, family orientated team, with multiple weekly tutorials.

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care to help our clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. We do pride ourselves on 'hands on manual therapy care' as well as expert advice and exercise prescription. If you are not confident in your manual therapy skills, we provide as much tutelage as you need to become competent and confident.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans

Delivering a range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education

Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise outcomes

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to client care

Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards

Actively participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Graduate Physiotherapists are welcome! We are very happy to teach you the clinical ropes

Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological conditions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to make informed clinical decisions
