LEAD is currently seeking applications for Employment Facilitators to work within our NDIS 1:1 support team and Disability Employment Services team in Gosford . In this role you will be responsible for managing and training a caseload of clients with disability in building skills for work, through work experience, mentoring, travel training, study, and on the job support. LEAD offers Flexible working conditions, a fun working environment, you will be working alongside colleagues to learn the best approach to working with participants
