About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor and Bar staff to join our team at Billy Chow's in Coolangatta, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. You will be an integral part of providing an exceptional dining and bar experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders and communicating these effectively to the kitchen and bar

Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous way

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment

Assisting with stock management and replenishment

Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

Bar Staff will need to be fast paced in cocktail making

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as waitstaff or bartender

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including liquor licensing laws

A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
