We are currently seeking a Gardener & Lawn Maintenance Worker to support our expanding client base across Perth and surrounding suburbs.

Position Description

This full-time position will involve site-based grounds maintenance activities in residential and commercial outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing (both push and ride-on), gardening, and minor tree maintenance

Oversee the required maintenance tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of our sites

Proactively ensure the quality and safety of grounds maintenance activities

Maintain and ensure the safe working order of all landscaping equipment

Complete job-related paperwork professionally

Operate equipment and machinery safely and professionally

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks

Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work culture

Respond appropriately to supervisor's directions and adapt to diverse work environments and tasks

Maintain a polite, professional, and well-presented demeanour

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 1 year Experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, or horticulture is desirable

Familiarity with outdoor maintenance equipment including trimmers, mowers, blowers

Knowledge of workplace safety and use of PPE

Driving Licence

Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one

Desirable Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Certificate II/III in Horticulture, Landscape Construction, or similar

ACDC or chemical spraying licence

Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary: $75000.00-$85000.00 + 11% superannuation

Full-time, ongoing position (Monday to Friday, 38–40 hours per week)

Vehicle for work use provided
