Red Arrow Australia is currently looking for Experienced Chefs to join our team in Remote Exploration Camps on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth. These roles are ongoing and offer up to $50 per hour for the right candidates.

Please Note: We are only seeking chefs with proven remote or exploration camp experience.

About the Role

• FIFO from Perth only
• Weekly Pay
• 2:1 Roster (Ongoing)
• Casual Contract / Full-Time Hours
• Bring your expertise—minimal training required

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery (Minimum)
• Experience catering in remote or exploration camps
• Skilled in preparing high-quality fresh meals for diverse groups
• Able to work solo in kitchen (cleaning, stock ordering, menu planning)
• Knowledge of trailer hitching and towing
• 4x4 and remote driving experience
• Daily maintenance skills (refuelling, water testing, pump operation)
• High computer literacy (Excel, Outlook)
• Confident communicator with guests
• Accommodation booking experience a plus

Highly Regarded:

• HR Licence, forklift or telehandler ticket
• Nationally recognised first aid or emergency response training
