Marketing Manager – eCommerce

Now, we’re looking for a marketing professional who shares our passion for innovation, performance, and doing things better.

We need a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager who can take our digital presence, traffic, and conversion to the next level.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across all key channels. This includes performance marketing, email, SEO, paid media, website optimization, brand communications, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content)

Launch and manage ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok & more

Develop promotions, product launches and seasonal offers

Oversee CRO and optimize site performance using GA4 and Hotjar

Shape the content strategy: blogs, product copy, ads, and social posts

Lead loyalty, referral and cart recovery campaigns using Klaviyo and Shopify

Track and report key marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, CLV

Collaborate with sales, designers and external partners to hit performance goals

🧠 What You’ll Bring

3+ years in digital/eCommerce marketing (preferably DTC or consumer goods)

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Klaviyo

Comfortable using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Canva, and project management platforms

Analytical mindset + creative spark

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or with a lean team
