Description

• Collecting and reviewing information related to third-party damages.
• Generating and issuing invoices for damages.
• Handling phone and email enquiries.
• Contacting external parties (e.g., insurance companies, police, courts) and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to recover financial losses.
• Coordinating recovery activities and liaising with legal counsel as needed.
• Preparing reports and correspondence related to civil recovery and prosecutions.

Profile

• A solid understanding of claims processes and recovery procedures is essential.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone, including receiving inbound calls and addressing sometimes sensitive or upsetting issues.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in process mapping.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Solid financial understanding.
• Proven knowledge of recovery processes.
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
