About the role

Wilden Exercise Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our fun and exciting multi-disciplinary team in Strathalbyn, SA. This part-time role will involve providing evidence-based exercise programs and rehabilitation services to clients, with a focus on improving their overall health and wellbeing. This role will commence part-time but can grow into full-time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive client assessments to develop personalised exercise plans

Delivering one-on-one and group exercise sessions tailored to client needs

Monitoring client progress and adjusting exercise programs as required

Providing education and support to clients on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Contributing to the continuous improvement of Wilden Exercise Services' services and procedures

Patient Mix: Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Neurological, Cardiorespiratory, Chronic Disease Management, Geriatrics, Oncology, Workcover & Sports.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology

Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care

Proficient in the use of relevant exercise and rehabilitation equipment

Current First Aid and CPR certifications & Insurance
