Established in 1989, this 3 Partner firm has evolved since its humble beginnings to become a leading provider of holistic accounting and financial advisory services in Penrith’s CBD. My client provides a complete range of accounting and taxation services for their clients and they are well-known for providing the full range of accounting services for partnerships, companies, trusts, SMSFs and other complex entities.

They have key clients in the manufacturing, wholesale, project management/construction, development, professional services and medical sectors, which include larger organisations, SMEs and family groups. This role is client-facing, and will see you work across a fantastic client base from start-finish. You will also be involved reviewing work and training junior staff.

The mentoring that you will receive at this firm will be second to none; you will have complete access to the Partners and a fantastic Senior Manager, who all have strong technical backgrounds and a wealth of experience. The leadership team are young and dynamic, and are truly passionate about what they do. This is a hands-on role, but with the backing of a strong support team and innovative technologies. There is legitimate progression available in the firm; with the current Partners and Senior Manager having commenced in the team in junior roles and working their way up. They also provide annual bonuses based on individual performance & achievements.

Please note, flexible start/finish times and part-time hours can also be considered.

You will have key responsibilities, including:

Work across an excellent portfolio of clients, with exposure to complex and challenging work

Provide comprehensive tax compliance, consulting and business advisory to clients across various entities including companies and family groups

Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements and reports for all entity types

Review the work of junior colleagues

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ public practice accounting experience and be studying or have completed your CA/CPA qualifications.
