• Full operational responsibility; manage a compliant facility with an excellent reputation within the community and with staff
• Meet agreed performance targets across finance, human resources, customer relationships and governance

• Ensure the facility operates in line with best practice and continues to meet the aged care standards by conducting audits and identifying gaps
• Implement and support quality improvement activities
• Develop genuine collaborative relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience

About you:

• Proven track record in a Facility Manager role within residential aged care is essential
• A hands on, grounded, nurturing and resilient leader with a demonstrated ability maintaining a cohesive culture with a culturally diverse team
• Excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation and a proven ability delivering on outcomes
• Fantastic customer service skills and able to build respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with clear expectations
• Innovative, open minded, emotionally intelligent and committed to achieving sustainable results
