In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the design team—assigning and prioritising workloads, ensuring output quality, and delivering design excellence across manufacture and installation stages. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, mentor junior staff, and work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to bring complex projects to life.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience managing a small team of drafters/engineers
✔ Strong background in design for manufacture; experience in design for install is a plus
✔ Experience in steel fabrication, structural products, or related industries
✔ Skilled in prioritising workloads and managing project timelines
✔ A collaborative leader who thrives on mentoring junior team members and interns
✔ A technically strong designer, willing to roll up their sleeves when needed
