This is a Full-Time role working in our Production team.
About the role:
In the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres, we continue our long history of servicing the needs of Australian trades. In this role you will be assembling Timber Framing with use of the latest tools to ensure our Frame & Trusses are manufactured to Australian standards.
With the use of the automated technology the process of building and assembling frames and trusses has never been more cost effective, safe and efficient, making now the ideal time to join our team.
What's involved:
Manufacturing frames & trusses to Australian Standards
Assembly of frame & truss
Nailing and cutting timber to size
Manual handling
Operating hand tools and power tools
Who we're looking for:
We're on the lookout for team members who are passionate about helping others and keen to learn and grow. You'll love variety in your day-to-day work, working across areas such as the assembly area and inventory accuracy, whilst also having the opportunity to grow your experience in other areas. A personal interest and experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will give you all the skills you'll need and show you the ropes.
You'll need:
Basic knowledge of timber and building, although full training will be provided
Capability to work on the tools
Open communication style
An ability to work in and contribute to a team
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
