This is an on-site role to work in our factory near Narooma and Moruya NSW.

Simply, food manufacturing is the daily routine of weighing, mixing, cutting, packaging and cleaning. We are looking for happy, diligent team members.

In addition to team members, we are looking for someone who can lead the team by excelling at the above and also operate & maintain the machinery: vehicles, forklifts, mechanical, and digital equipment.

Required Skills:

Physical Dexterity: Ability to perform tasks that require manual handling and repetitive motions.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in weighing, measuring, and following instructions

Reliability: Meeting production schedules and maintaining consistent quality.

Teamwork: Collaborating with other workers to achieve production goals.

Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

Adherence to Safety Compliance, IE, following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
