About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our team at the Geraldton Golf Club Pro Shop. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment within a thriving golf club that operates 7 days a week with weekend work avaliable.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to all golfers and visitors

Assisting with the sale of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories

Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space

Handling cash and card transactions efficiently

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Supporting the overall operations of the Pro Shop

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the sporting goods or golf industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Enthusiasm for the game of golf and a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
