Position: Delivery Concierge

Job Description: As a Delivery Coordinator at Downtown Toyota, your main focus will be to efficiently organise the delivery of new retail vehicles. You will be the bridge between our valued retail guests, sales consultants, Pre Delivery, Admin departments, and stock control to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Efficient Communication: Liaise with our retail guests to ensure clear and accurate communication regarding vehicle deliveries, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Pre Delivery and Admin departments, as well as the Retail New Sales departments, to streamline vehicle delivery processes.
• Arrival Management: Organize the arrival of vehicles to our dealership, ensuring they are prepared and ready for delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about Toyota vehicles and products to answer guest inquiries confidently.
