We are now seeking two dynamic Full-Time Receptionist + Personal Trainer hybrids ready to be part of our foundation team and grow with us.

The Role

This is more than a front desk & PT role — it’s a leadership opportunity from Day One.

You will:

Lead the Member Experience: Greet members, manage check-ins, new sign-ups, admin, and facility presentation.

Personal Training: Deliver personal training sessions and help members achieve their goals.

Run Group Classes: Coach energetic group classes (HIIT, Boxing, Spinning) on a set weekly timetable.

Drive Sales: Upsell memberships, recovery services, supplements, and provide premium customer service.

Build Our Culture: Set the tone for our exclusive, driven, and welcoming gym community.

Work Schedule

5 working days per week (Monday–Saturday rostered with midweek break).

One full day off midweek (Monday or Thursday, depending on your shift).

Sunday: Unstaffed (24/7 member access only).

Morning and evening shifts available (6AM–1PM or 1PM–9PM).

Owner-supported roster — lighter shifts are covered to promote work-life balance.

About You

Passionate about fitness, performance, and lifestyle.

Exceptional communicator — confident in selling, coaching, and motivating.

Energetic, coachable, and eager to grow personally and professionally.

Organised, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Fitness qualifications (Cert III/IV) are highly regarded but not mandatory —
Willingness to learn, work, and grow with us is essential.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $52,000–$55,000 base + Lucrative PT + Super and Sales Commissions.
