We have operated within the Automotive Parts market successfully for many years due to our constant focus on providing good quality products and 5 Star customer service. Based at Coopers Plains on the southside of Brisbane, we specialize in the supply of second hand, reconditioned and new automotive spare parts.

Who you are?

If you are an experienced inventory management or dispatch person who is well organised, ambitious, highly computer literate, customer focused and a real go-getter then this could be the role for you. If you are willing to learn and do different tasks as part of your role on a day to day basis then we would like to hear from you.

To be considered you must have:-

A proven track record in Dispatch and/or Inventory management

Computer literacy (including dispatch/inventory management software)

Confidence when talking with customers

Have a problem solver attitude

A commitment to providing great customer service

A strong work ethic (work hard & get the job done on time and right the first time)

Good organisation skills & be physically fit

A willingness to learn & succeed

Your own transport/ license (Forklift license also looked at favorably)

Job Responsibilities

Managing all order dispatch requirements

Managing Customer Counter Sales

Picking and Packing of Stock Parts as required/ordered

Managing the warehouse activities and supervising warehouse staff

This position is full-time and the successful applicant must be prepared to work up to 5 days per week covering hours of 8-5 weekdays. We are looking for more than simply a dispatch clerk. We need somebody who has good common sense and can recognise the needs of the customer and how we can best satisfy them. For the successful candidate we will provide on the job training and the opportunity to learn and build your skills in the Automotive Parts market.
