Job summary

1915 is looking for enthusiastic and fun food and beverage attendants to join our growing team. The venue is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner, and hosts a range of functions from corporate events, to birthday parties and weddings - Our wide range of offerings allows us to provide opportunities for growth and skill diversification.

Key accountabilities:

• Proficiency in both a bar and floor setting.
• Motivate and engage with the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Help grow a positive Safety Culture to ensure that our people remain safe at work.
• Strong use of our POS system - Impos.
• Strong use of our rostering platform - Deputy.
• Strong use of our reservation system - Nowbookit.
• Ensuring functions are appropriately prepared for and run smoothly, working with the Events Manager.
• Managing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work calmly and cohesively in a team environment.

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Victorian RSA Certificate (or bridging certificate).
• Creative ideas.
• Available on weekends.
• A passion for the hospitality industry.
