About the Role:
They focus on offering high-quality support to landlords and tenants. The properties are well-maintained, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience. This agency prefers quality over quantity.

The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of no more than 150 properties, however if you are a junior property manager we would look at a small portfolio of 120 properties.

There is opportunity for growth into a leadership role at one of the offices.

• Oversee property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and high service standards.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns.
• Deliver accurate reports to landlords in a timely manner.
• Manage a Leasing Consultant
• Resolve issues ideally before NCAT

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
