The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified florist to join our friendly team part-time / full-time. You'll bring your creativity and technical skills to design beautiful floral arrangements, assist customers with care and professionalism, and contribute to the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions

Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone

Assist with unpacking and conditioning flower stock

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment

Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily deadlines and event requirements

About You:

Certificate III in Floristry (or equivalent qualification)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a florist

A strong eye for design, colour, and detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability to work some weekends and public holidays as required- peak peroids (Valentines & Mothers day) embargo in place.
