The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Accountant who’s not just technically strong, but also ready to step up as a leader, mentor, and relationship builder. This is more than a compliance role—this is a chance to help shape the direction of our team, our culture, and our firm.

You’ll work closely with the Director, lead client relationships, and be hands-on in developing and upskilling the team. If you thrive on driving change, thinking forward, and building something meaningful, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Review and oversee financial statements, tax returns, and BASs for a broad portfolio of clients

Be the go-to technical expert across income tax, GST, and structuring issues

Lead and mentor junior staff—training, developing, and inspiring them to grow fast

Own and grow client relationships with confidence and clarity

Bring ideas to the table—process improvement, automation, tech solutions, better ways to deliver value

Help embed a high-performance, collaborative culture as we scale

What You’ll Bring

CA/CPA qualified with at least 5+ years in business services

Strong hands-on experience with Xero and cloud-based systems

Deep technical knowledge across small business tax, structuring, and advisory

A natural mentor and team leader—someone who lifts others up
