At HAYLO People, we are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance Recruitment and we are partnered with a leading Underwriting agency who are seeking a Motor Claims Consultant to join their Sydney team.

The Role

As Commercial Motor Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Skilfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims.
• Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
• Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
• Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
• Location: Sydney CBD, 1-2 days a week in the office
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Plus Super
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)

• Previous motor claims experience - 1 year minimum
