LABOURER REQUIRED FOR SMALL ASPHALT COMPANY

We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Labourer on a casual basis initially with a minimum of 30 hours per week (weather dependent). You must be physically fit, have a positive attitude, and willing to learn all aspects of laying asphalt, including base preparation, levels and hand raking.

In this role, you will predominantly carry out general, heavy asphalt labouring including wheelbarrowing, shovel work, hand raking and compaction, along with some base preparation and reinstatement work. It is preferred that you have had some experience in the construction industry.

Be willing to be trained to learn more skills

Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening

Mature attitude towards PPE

Available and willing to work nights and weekends as projects require

Are willing to carry out cleaning and maintenance of machinery as required

Are focused on good quality work.
