Maitland Contracting is a recognised leader in the Civil Construction industry. Specialising in the installation of underground infrastructure, by directional drilling, vacuum excavation, trenching and rock sawing in regional, remote and metropolitan areas. The main depot location is in Clare SA.

The Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and qualified Traffic Controllers and Skilled Equipment Operators for a diverse range of projects across South Australia for immediate start.

This hands-on position will include Traffic Management duties when required and /or operations of a Vacuum Excavation Truck, Excavators and general labouring on civil projects as needed - all dependent on qualifications and experience.

What do we need from you
To be successful for the role, you will require the following skills/experience:

Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)

Work Zone Traffic Management Ticket -Essential

Current Driver License essential, HR or MR Licence Preferable

Experience in the Civil Construction Industry

Relevant Plant Operator Tickets

Willingness to travel and work away from home is a must.

Proven commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance on site

Reliable & punctual team player with a good attitude towards work
