Mass Resources is seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packer/ Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team with our client based in Guildford in a warehouse environment.

About the Client:

The client is a leading supplier of heavy machinery, primarily serving the mining, construction, and agriculture industries. They are an authorized dealer for Caterpillar equipment and provide a range of products, including earth-moving machinery, engines, and power generation equipment. In addition to sales, they offer services like fleet management, repairs, and equipment rentals, with a strong focus on technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment

Perform stock replenishment and maintain inventory control

Ensure all products are securely packed and ready for shipment

Label items correctly and ensure all relevant documentation is completed

Perform quality control checks on items

Adhere to all safety procedures within the warehouse

Shifts:

Day shift, Afternoon or Night shift

Monday - Friday, Sunday - Wednesday, Wednesday - Saturday rosters available

Requirements:

Experience in pick packing or similar warehouse roles

Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen

Forklift ticket is desirable but not essential

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to pass Pre employment medical and Lab Drug & Alcohol

Salary:

$30 - Days, $36 - Nights, $42 - Saturday, $54 - Sunday, depending on experience and whether you have a forklift ticket.
