Based in North Sydney, our team is now 15+ strong and scaling fast. With demand building and operations expanding, we’re assembling a high-performance team to lead our next phase of growth — and this role is central to that vision.

The Role:

We’re hiring a senior stockbroker to lead and scale our new brokerage desk. This is a senior-level role with full backend support, internal leads, and strong brand recognition in the market. The core responsibility is to build and manage your own client book — onboard new clients, bring funds onto the platform, and trade them daily across ASX and global equities while providing clear general advice.

Our company generates daily inbound leads through our research subscriptions business. You will also have access to our existing member database of over 1,000 long-term clients. These are active investors who already trust the brand — your role is to convert them into brokerage clients and maintain performance-based relationships.

This is a 100% in-office role working directly with Hersh Oberoi, Head of Balfour Australia and Senior Analyst at Stocks In Global. You will also work closely with our internal research and operations teams to ensure high-conviction recommendations are executed effectively.

Responsibilities:

Onboard Stocks In Global research members onto the trading platform.

Build and manage a book of clients.

Execute daily trades and provide general advice across ASX and global equities.

Present and distribute high-conviction research and market intelligence.

Ensure full compliance under our AFSL 522028.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively growing your network.

Provide regular reporting, reviews, and performance check-ins with your book.

What We’re Looking For:

RG146 qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in stockbroking, wealth advisory, or private client services.

Proven history of portfolio management and client relationship success.

Strong understanding of market regulations and general advice obligations.

Confidence in managing capital, speaking to clients, and delivering trade ideas.

Passion for financial markets, data, and macro trends.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce or related discipline.

High personal drive and accountability for results — this is a senior, outcomes-based role.

Indvidual must pass background check (bankruptcy and police check)

Earnings Structure: The bulk of earnings in this role will come from uncapped commission.

The role offers a base of $50,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
