A leading Financial Services Company is currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer / ETL Developer with strong SSIS experience to lead a high-impact data migration project into Salesforce. This role will suit a hands-on developer or BI professional with a deep understanding of data pipelines, transformation logic, and source-to-target data mapping across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Salesforce.

Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Data Analysts, and Business stakeholders to define transformation rules and ensure accurate data migration.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure quality and consistency across systems.

Troubleshoot and optimize data flows for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or BI Developer with strong expertise in SSIS.

Hands-on experience migrating data to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce objects).

Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, or other data import tools.

Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and transformation best practices.

Desirable:

Experience with other BI/ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Power BI).

Salesforce certifications or prior project experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience with large-scale data migration projects or complex legacy systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) is a bonus.
