The Role

You’ll be working on a variety of solar PV, battery storage and electric vehicle charger projects across Melbourne and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and room for growth in an industry that's shaping the future.

Key Responsibilities

· Installation of solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted)

· Battery storage system installations (residential and commercial)

· EV charger installations and electrical upgrades

· General electrical duties as required

· Site safety compliance and high-standard workmanship

· Effective supervision and training of apprentices

· Customer interaction and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

· A-Class Electrician License (VIC)

· Experience with solar, batteries or EV systems preferred

· Cert IV in Grid-Connected PV Systems and/or Battery Storage highly regarded

· White Card & Working at Heights

· Reliable transport and valid driver’s license, Manual preferred

· Honest and trustworthy

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You’ll Get

· $40–$55/hr + Super (based on experience and qualifications)
