The role

As a Tattoo Removalist your core focus will be on providing a consistently exceptional experience for each client.

Your role will be service focused consisting of reception duties, administration and supporting the clinic managers with every day tasks.

Once competent your role will also include consulting, treating, and building and maintaining rapport with clients.

Some of the duties include

Meet and greet clients providing the highest level of service

Take & make phone calls - Answer all client questions, make new or amend appointments or answer general questions relating to our service

Using our CRM system, create new appointments, reschedule and maintain client bookings

Supporting all Clinic Managers with daily tasks

Client consultations

Performing laser tattoo removal

Client follow up & retention

About You

You will bring with you a drive to succeed, a willingness to learn and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

You have experience in a customer service or client facing role.

You will be passionate, self-motivated and team oriented. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a sound knowledge of the skin.

You will be confident talking to new clients and have a passion for achieving results.

What Are We Looking For?

Tuesday to Saturday full-time availability (we are closed Sunday & Monday) No late nights!

Background in customer service or client facing role essential

Experience as a beauty therapist or laser therapist (2+ years)

Education in beauty therapies essential

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel) and quick to learn technology

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Great attitude to learn and develop

Strong team player with the ability to build relationships with clients and teammates

Passionate and eager to help customers

A bright personality with a can-do attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening

High attention to detail, problem solving skills and adaptability

Ability to follow company policies and processes

Willingness to learn, self-motivated and team orientated

Drivers license & car preferred but not essential

Our training program will be conducted from various Think Again locations
