The Role

• Oversee all night shift operations overseeing a team of 20 staff, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently
• Motivate and develop your team to maintain high performance and morale
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on process, safety, and quality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth shift handovers and alignment with overall business goals
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in a leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and uplift team performance
• A commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
