The Role:
As a Growth Lead, your focus will be on generating new business across enterprise, defence, and government clients in Adelaide. This is your opportunity to leverage your existing network and develop a business development strategy tailored to the needs of these industries. Working alongside the SA Business Development Manager, and reporting into the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building a totally new sales pipeline: Identify, engage, and secure new clients across a variety of sectors.
• Leading the bid process: Work with internal teams to create tailored technology solutions that meet client needs from start to finish.
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders: Position DWS as the go-to partner for IT consulting in South Australia.
• Shaping strategy for the Adelaide office: Collaborate with other DWS offices across the country to drive success.

About You:
You’re a natural connector who knows the Adelaide market inside and out. You thrive on the hunt and know how to engage C-level clients, ask the right questions, and build lasting relationships based on trust. You will have:

• Proven experience in a business development, growth lead, sales executive, strategic account management, or client partner role within IT consulting or professional tech services business
• A strong network of enterprise and/or government clients in South Australia
• A solid understanding of Cloud, Data, Software Development, Testing, Architecture, Project Services, and Integration solutions
• Experience building a new business pipeline from scratch, not just managing existing accounts.
• A consultative, trusted-advisor style that clients respect and value
