The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent, understanding client needs, and delivering recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset
• Motivated, and eager to learn
• Someone with a background from the legal industry is highly advantageous
