We are looking for a passionate and skilled Early Childhood Teacher to also take on the Educational Leader role to join our team and help continue delivering and continue to develop the kindergarten program for our families and their children.

The Ideal Candidate will:

- Thrive in an environment of exceptional early learning and care delivery

- Recognise the importance of community as a central part of the centre’s philosophy

- Be skilled at creating engaging environments for children to explore and learn

- Be conscientious about documenting learning and development to a high standard

- Work as part of a team and foster storing relationships with children and families

- Be familiar with executing the Early Years Learning Framework.

Skills and Experience:

- Hold a recognised Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification .

- Hold a valid Blue Card.

- Hold current First Aid Qualifications (specific to Early Childhood).

- Have previous experience working in an Early Education Centre.

- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Exhibit a positive, caring attitude with a focus on teamwork.

- Maintain a professional presentation.
