What you’ll do:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
- Empower customers to realise their abilities and achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
- Use the key worker model to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
- Work across clinic and community settings
- Liaise with families, schools, hospitals, agencies and community services
- For those in leadership roles: Provide real-time guidance and mentorship to support clinical excellence, professional growth and team performance

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- Driver’s License
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
