About the Role:

As the first point of contact at the school, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to staff. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic school environment. You will also provide essential first aid care for students, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming students, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth

Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, school correspondence and online order placements

Maintain student records and navigating school administration system confidently

Provide first aid assistance and care to students as needed and maintain accurate health records

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate/ Diploma in Business or related qualification (preferred)

Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

A caring and compassionate approach, especially when dealing with children

First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Previous experience in reception, administration, or healthcare is an advantage
