Are you an experienced EN/EEN/RN with a clinical background in Urgent Care Nursing?

We invite you to become a valued member of our growing healthcare team. We are seeking a team player with strong critical thinking skills, who can work both independently and collaboratively in our dynamic team environment.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for identifying suitable patients for our Urgent Care Clinic, promptly triaging them, and providing front-line care while working alongside our General Practitioners and Doctor's. Effective time management and prioritization will be your keys to success.

Responsibilities:

Triage of all patients

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement nursing interventions with a commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice.

Deliver high-quality patient care in an Urgent Care Setting.

Offer healthcare-related education to patients as needed.

Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

You have the current authority to practice as EN/EEN/RN with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).

Previous experience in an urgent care nursing or high dependency care environment (ideally a minimum of 2 years).

Current CPR or ALS certificate

You have demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and delegate when required.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills
