We’re currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Education Counsellor to join our growing Melbourne team and play a key role in our continued success.

Position Purpose:

Achieve or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.

Stay current with industry trends and use insights to support AEC Global’s leadership in the sector.

Deliver top-quality client service and guide them through our service offerings.

Understand client’s needs and recommend the best solutions, aiming for high satisfaction and strong results.

Proactively turn inquiries into successful conversions.

Work with your team to address challenges and improve performance.

Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Assisting international students with course selection, fee structure information, and guidance on career pathways.

Client Service Responsibilities:

Respond to all client inquiries professionally, via phone, email, or in person.

Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.

Manage client expectations in line with company guidelines.

Provide personalized support and help clients achieve their goals.

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote AEC Global’s services to prospective clients.

Understand client concerns and work to resolve any obstacles to the sale.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.

Maintain a high conversion rate for applications.

Stay informed about education providers, course options, scholarships, and entry requirements.

Ensure application outcomes are received on time through regular follow-ups.

Share feedback with the marketing team and support the creation of accurate, effective promotional materials.

Inform the team leader of at-risk leads to minimize missed opportunities.

Data Management & Compliance:

Accurately maintain client records using our CRM system.

Adhere to all company policies and compliance requirements.

Keep client data secure and confidential.

Report any potential compliance concerns promptly.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor.

Must have work rights in Australia.

Students are most welcome but will be working part-time only.

Must have QEAC.

Job Type:

Full-time (8-hour shift) or Part-time ( 24 Hours per week)

Office-based role
