Victoria People Solutions (VPS) are looking for an experienced, organised and passionate House Supervisor to join our amazing team in the suburb of Clyde, Melbourne.

A key role of a House Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day running of a house where our participants live; you will manage their supports and support worker team.
The position we have available requires extensive experience in managing people, report writing and the ability to manage a broad range of daily responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team to assist participants living with a disability in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. This role will have a large degree of ownership for a range of tasks as well as being part of a broader care team which will ensure positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with participants who have complex needs and behaviours. You will feel confident in leading a team of support workers to support them to understand the participants needs, as well as implementing strategies as recommended by the care team.
You will make the most of your own passions to help participants bring their personal goals and projects to life. No one day is the same for a VPS Worker; whether it is supporting a participant to prepare for a job interview, attending live gigs, navigating the world of dating or creating household routines, our supports are meaningful and encourages growth for our participants, ourselves and our community.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients in a residential setting
Work collaboratively with families and other care providers
Coordinate a range of day-to-day tasks including compliance, medication management, weekly reporting and general house duties
Ensuring that services are consistent with the VPS values including all relevant policies and procedures

Current Victorian Driver's License
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
National Police Check
Victorian Working with Children Check
Access to a personal motor vehicle
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
Completed NDIS Orientation Module
Completed NDIS New Worker Module
Proof of your right to work in Australia
