If you are either newly Qualified or advanced 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Hairdresser (emerging Stylist), we would welcome your application also.

Join The Sandy Chair — a boutique Aveda salon nestled in the heart of Sandringham. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Senior Hairdresser, newly Qualified or advanced Apprentice to become a vital part of our close-knit, professional team. Known for our tranquil atmosphere and loyal clientele, we offer a unique environment where artistry and holistic care meet.

✂️ What We Offer:

• Up to $40 per hour (commensurate with experience) + generous commissions (Senior role). Newly Qualified and Apprentice: Above award.
• Flexible hours – Full-time, Part-time, or Casual. School-friendly shifts or late starts available.
• Free parking nearby and next to Sandringham train station and bus route.
• No Sundays or public holidays. Optional Mondays, one Saturday off per month. Salon closure over Christmas and Easter.

• Deliver expert services in cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.
• Provide personalised consultations tailored to each client.
