About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant Greenelement Hairdressing salon in the heart of Port Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time Senior Hairdresser, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair care services to our growing client base while also mentoring and supporting our junior stylists.

What you'll be doing

Providing a full range of high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments

Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive salon experience for all clients

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques and products

Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the salon

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Hairdresser in a reputable salon

Excellent hairdressing skills and a passion for all aspects of hair care

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Proven experience in training and mentoring junior stylists

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A creative flair and an eye for the latest hair trends

A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
