Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling and develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Conduct site visits under supervision, based on the scope summary and act as a focal point between Eftech the office team and site team.

Review designs and if discrepancy raise a Technical quire to your supervisor.

Collaborate with design teams(Eftech subcontractor) to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

Identify and procure electrical materials and equipment based on BOM supplied.

Prepare CTR based on the Scope of work and review with mentor prior to submission.

Implement quality control procedures.

Conduct inspections under supervision to ensure work meets project standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Monitor and control project budgets with guidance from the PM.

Provide regular project updates to clients.

Identify and address technical and logistical challenges.

Prepare and submit reports as required on daily basis.

Timesheet matrix on the SYNCHRO software for booking actual labour hours.

Coordinate project closeout activities along with support of QA onsite.

Facilitate the handover of completed projects to clients.

Requirements:

Excellent IT Skills and will be proficient in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant Engineering Industries Bachelor’s degree or above qualification in Engineering field.
