YOUR NEW ROLE
Under direction of the Production Support Manager, this position provides day-to-day supervision of the Production Support Warehouse Team in providing services for both internal and external stakeholders to support and deliver events and productions, maintaining high quality customer service. This role is operational and will spend time on the floor carrying out warehouse duties, as well as undertaking administrative warehouse tasks. This role may require availability across a seven day spread to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities/skills:
- In consultation with the Production Support Manager, ensure the Production Support Warehouse Team are appropriately resourced to safely and efficiently deliver, prepare, and manage equipment and technical requirements for venue, foyer, and production requirements in a multi-venue performing arts centre.
- Manage bookings within the equipment booking system to ensure production requirements are fulfilled, whilst mitigating potential equipment shortages.
- Document processes and practices to ensure the uniform completion of warehouse tasks.
- Oversee transport of production equipment from offsite warehouses to the Sydney Opera House.
- Understand and promote the safety protocols at Sydney Opera House by ensuring all policies and guidelines are followed.
- Under guidance of the Production Support Manager, provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and motivation of staff.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services to stakeholders.

- Detail your relevant experience working as a member of, or leading small teams to deliver time critical outcomes?
- Detail your experience using digital systems to track bookings for equipment, including any experience in the maintenance or administration of these systems.
- Do you currently hold a NSW Medium Rigid truck license?
- Do you currently hold a National License to Perform High Risk Work - Forklift?
- Do you currently hold a unit of competency to undertake Test & Tagging of electrical equipment?
