This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established boutique accounting practice consisting of over 25 staff, in their modern office, located in Kew. This particularly firm has a close knit team culture and prides itself on having long term team members.
They work with some of Australia's most dynamic privately owned businesses and SMEs across a diverse range of industries.
The Senior Bookkeeper is an integral member of the team and working on a wide range of clients varying in size and across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliations
End to End Payroll – processing Pay runs, Superannuation, Workcover and Payroll Tax
Quarterly and Monthly BAS/IAS
Accounts Payable/ Receivable
End of Month reporting
Liaison with clients and Murdoch Partners staff
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Bookkeeping qualification
Minimum of 3.5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping
A good knowledge of Payroll and BAS preparation
Excellent knowledge of Xero and MYOB
Medical experience would be beneficial
Extremely high attention to detail
A committed and flexible attitude
Be able to build strong relationships with clients
